In ProcureDesk, the "Import PO From Integration" privilege allows users to import Purchase Orders (POs) from integrated systems such as QuickBooks Enterprise. Follow the steps below to enable this privilege.

Prerequisites:

  • Ensure you have Admin access in ProcureDesk.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Switch to Admin Profile:

    • First, make sure you are logged into ProcureDesk with your Admin profile.

  2. Navigate to Configurations:

    • From the Admin dashboard, go to the Configurations section.

  3. Go to Manage Privileges:

    • Under Configurations, select Manage Privileges.

  4. Enable the Privilege Under Orders:

    • Scroll down to the Orders section, and find the option titled "Import PO From Integration."

  5. Enable the Privilege:

    • Check the box next to "Import PO From Integration" to enable this setting.

  6. Click Save:

    • Once enabled, click Save to confirm your changes.
