Updated over a month ago

A class-based workflow ensures approval requests are routed according to the class associated with a transaction. This helps streamline the approval process by assigning requests/orders to the appropriate team or individual based on the class.

  • Class List: Confirm that the required classes are already created and available in the system.

    • Go to Configurations from the main menu.

    • Select Manage Workflows from the available options.

  2. Define Workflow Name and Scope

    • Click on the Add Workflow button to create a new workflow.

    • Enter a Workflow Name to easily identify the process.

  3. Set Entry Conditions

    • Click the Add Condition button.

    • From the dropdown, select Class as the entry condition.
