This error pops up while trying to submit an invoice.

This invoice error typically occurs when the Description field at the line-item level is left blank.


Prerequisites:

  • You must have the ability to edit and submit invoices.

Step-by-Step Instructions to Resolve the Error:

1. Open the Invoice

  • Locate and open the invoice that requires submission.

2. Navigate to the Line Items Section

  • Scroll down to find the Line Items section.

3. Edit the Line Item

  • Click on the Edit option for the relevant line item.

  • Ensure the Description field is not left empty.

  • Enter the necessary details.

4. Save the Changes

  • Click Save to update the line item.

  • Click the Close (X) icon to exit the editing mode.

5. Finalize and Submit

  • Click Save Changes for the invoice.

  • Click Submit to complete the process.

By ensuring all line-item descriptions are filled, you can successfully submit the invoice without encountering this error.
