How to import Class from QuickBooks Online?

This guide explains how to enable and import QuickBooks Online class codes into ProcureDesk for seamless integration.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access in ProcureDesk

  • Active QuickBooks Online account

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Enable Class Codes

    • Navigate to Configurations -> Company Settings -> QuickBooks.

    • Ensure the class setting is enabled.

    • Check the box for "Make classes mandatory" option to make this a mandatory field on the request/order form for the users.

2. Import Classes

  • Navigate back to configurations and go to Class Master within ProcureDesk.

  • Click on the Import button to pull in class codes from QuickBooks Online.
