Step-by-Step Instructions
Enable Class Codes
Navigate to Configurations -> Company Settings -> QuickBooks.
Ensure the class setting is enabled.
Check the box for "Make classes mandatory" option to make this a mandatory field on the request/order form for the users.
2. Import Classes
Navigate back to configurations and go to Class Master within ProcureDesk.
Click on the Import button to pull in class codes from QuickBooks Online.

What if the class codes don't import correctly?
Verify your connection to QuickBooks Online and ensure that class codes are set up in QuickBooks Online. Retry the import or contact ProcureDesk support if the problem persists.
