Things you can do from your order dashboard

Order dashboard is the first page you see after login.

Here are the different sections on the order dashboard

a) First card shows you the count of items which are pending your approval. You can click on the number to see the pending approvals.

b) Second card shows the orders created by you.

c) Total order amount is the amount for all the purchase orders created by you. This month shows any current month amount

d) Here you can see how many open orders you have currently. Open orders are orders which are placed but has not been received yet in the system.

Search Catalogs

Here you can search items from internal catalogs. Enter a term to start searching the catalogs.

Browse Catalogs

In this section, you can browse internal or external catalog by categories.

Orders

In this section you can see all the orders you have created or the orders you are authorized to view.
