When a delegation is set up, the person to whom the authority is delegated can approve orders, expenses, receipts, and invoices on your behalf.
While the delegation is in place, you can still approve or reject the documents.
Steps:
Step 1: Login
Login to your ProcureDesk account and go to the user profile. You can access the user profile by clicking on your name in the top right corner.
Step 2: Delegation settings
Click on the "Delegation" tab.
Select the person you want to delegate the approval authority to.
Enter the Start date and the End date and hit "Save" to create a delegation.

How to disable a delegation before its end date?
Navigate back to Profile > Delegation (from where you created the delegation) > Under Delegation List, click on "Inactive" under Action.
The status of the delegation will change to inactive after this.
