Check QuickBooks Online Settings:
Log in to QuickBooks Online.
Navigate to Account & Settings.
Go to the Expenses section.
Ensure Purchase Orders are turned on, as shown in the screenshot below:
Update ProcureDesk:
Return to ProcureDesk.
Open the PO with the issue.
Go to the Actions menu.
Click on Send on Integration.
