If you get the above error when syncing POs to QuickBooks Online, check the following settings:

Step-by-Step Instructions

Check QuickBooks Online Settings:

  • Log in to QuickBooks Online.

  • Navigate to Account & Settings.

  • Go to the Expenses section.

  • Ensure Purchase Orders are turned on, as shown in the screenshot below:

Update ProcureDesk:

  • Return to ProcureDesk.

  • Open the PO with the issue.

  • Go to the Actions menu.

  • Click on Send on Integration.
