If you get the above error while syncing a document to QuickBooks Online:

  1. Login to ProcureDesk.

  2. Open the document.

  3. Go to Actions.

  4. Click on Send for Integration.

Troubleshooting: If you still see the same error, authenticate QuickBooks with ProcureDesk again by following these steps.

Once done, send the document for integration again.
