Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access the Accounting Menu

    • Log in to Xero.

    • From the dashboard, select Accounting from the top menu.

  2. Navigate to Advanced Settings

    • In the Accounting menu, select Advanced.

  3. Open the Chart of Accounts

    • Click on Chart of Accounts to view your list of accounts.

  4. Understand the Categories

    • The Chart of Accounts will be organized into the following categories:

  5. Alternative Method: Using the Practice Menu

    • To view all your Chart of Accounts templates, select Chart of Accounts under the Practice menu.
