Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Document(s):

    • Open the document(s) that encountered the sync error on ProcureDesk.

  2. Go to Actions:

    • Navigate to the Actions menu.

  3. Click on Send for Integration:

    • Wait for a few minutes and then select Send for Integration to sync the document and resolve the sync error.
