Prerequisites

Before proceeding, ensure:

  • You have access to the Invoice module in ProcureDesk.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Document(s):

    • Open the document(s) that encountered the sync error.

  2. Go to Actions:

    • Navigate to the Actions menu.

  3. Click on Send for Integration:

    • Wait for a few minutes and then select Send for Integration to sync the document and resolve the sync error.

  1. What causes this sync error?

    • The error occurs when too many users are logged in on Bill.com, leading to the maximum number of concurrent requests allowed for your organization being exceeded.
