- Open the Document(s):- Open the document(s) that encountered the sync error. 
 
- Go to Actions:- Navigate to the Actions menu. 
 
- Click on Send for Integration:- Wait for a few minutes and then select Send for Integration to sync the document and resolve the sync error.
