How can we stop syncing Credit Card POs to QuickBooks Online?

Prerequisites:

  • You must have Admin access to ProcureDesk.

  • Ensure QuickBooks Online integration is active and configured.

Steps to Enable the Setting for Not Sending Credit Card POs to QuickBooks

  1. Log in to the Admin Console

    • Access the Admin Console using your administrator credentials.

  2. Access Company Setting

    • From the left menu, go to the Configurations section.

    • Under Configurations, select Company Settings.

  3. Locate the QuickBooks Settings

    • Navigate to the QuickBooks integration settings.

  4. Enable "Don’t Send Credit Card POs to QuickBooks"

    • Check the box for Don’t Send Credit Card POs to QuickBooks to activate this setting.

  5. Save Your Changes

    • Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to confirm the update.
