Prerequisites:
You must have Admin access to ProcureDesk.
Ensure QuickBooks Online integration is active and configured.
Steps to Enable the Setting for Not Sending Credit Card POs to QuickBooks
Log in to the Admin Console
Access the Admin Console using your administrator credentials.
Access Company Setting
From the left menu, go to the Configurations section.
Under Configurations, select Company Settings.
Locate the QuickBooks Settings
Navigate to the QuickBooks integration settings.
Enable "Don’t Send Credit Card POs to QuickBooks"
Check the box for Don’t Send Credit Card POs to QuickBooks to activate this setting.
Save Your Changes
Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to confirm the update.
