How to Edit or Block a Card in ProcureDesk (CorPay)

This article explains how to edit or block Virtual and Physical Cards created in ProcureDesk using CorPay.

Prerequisites

Before you can edit or block a card, make sure:

  • You have been given access to Cards by your ProcureDesk administrator

If you do not see the Cards option under the Pay menu, contact your admin.


What You Can Edit on a Card

When editing a Virtual or Physical Card, you can update:

  • Spending limit

  • Maximum number of transactions

Other card details cannot be edited after creation.


How to Edit a Virtual or Physical Card

Follow these steps to edit an existing card:

  1. Go to Pay → Cards

  2. Find the card you want to edit

  3. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the card

  4. Select Edit from the dropdown

  5. Update the Spending Limit

  6. Update the Maximum Number of Transactions

  7. Click Update Card to save your changes

The updated limits will apply immediately.


How to Block a Virtual or Physical Card

Blocking a card will make it inactive, and it can no longer be used for transactions.

Follow these steps to block a card:

  1. Go to Pay → Cards

  2. Find the card you want to block

  3. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the card

  4. Select Block from the dropdown

Once blocked, the card cannot be used for any future transactions.


Important Notes

  • Blocking a card is typically irreversible

  • If a card is blocked by mistake, contact your ProcureDesk administrator

  • Use blocking when you suspect misuse or no longer need the card
