These alerts help CorPay verify transactions and prevent unauthorized use.
What Information does the Alert include
Each SMS alert includes:
Company name
Last 4 digits of the card
Transaction amount
Date of the transaction
This information helps you quickly identify the payment before responding.
How to Respond to an Alert
Reply directly to the SMS using one of the following options:
CNF – Confirm the transaction is valid
DEN – Deny the transaction (possible fraud)
ORD – Override a declined transaction so it can be retried
Respond as soon as possible to avoid payment delays.
Overriding a Declined Transaction
