Who Can Access the User Audit Trail
Only users with admin privileges can view the audit trail.
Standard users do not have access to audit logs.
How to Access the User Audit Trail
Log in to ProcureDesk.
Switch to Admin.
Navigate to Manage User from the left-hand menu.
Click on Users.
Search for the user whose activity you want to review.
On the user profile page, click the Audit Trail tab (next to Details and Login Activities).
Each audit entry typically includes:
Action performed
Field(s) updated (where applicable)
Previous value and new value
Date and time of the change
The user who performed the action

Review audit trails regularly for high-privilege users.
Use audit logs when investigating unexpected access or approval behaviour.
Keep user roles and permissions up to date to minimise unnecessary changes.
