Step-by-step guide
Step 1: Identify the user’s role
Log in to Admin Console.
Check which role is assigned to the affected user.
Step 2: Open Manage Privileges
In the Admin Console, go to Configurations.
Select Manage Privileges.
Step 3: Edit the required privilege
Open (or edit) the privilege linked to the role identified earlier.
Locate the setting Override Supplier and Pricing in Catalog under Orders.
Step 4: Enable quantity editing
Enable Override Supplier and Pricing in Catalog.
Save your changes.
Result
Once this privilege is enabled and assigned to the user’s role, users will be able to edit the quantity of catalogue items added to Purchase Orders.
If the user still cannot edit quantities, confirm that:
The correct role is assigned to the user.
The updated privilege is saved.
