Step-by-Step Instructions
Access Admin Settings
Log in to Procure Desk.
Navigate to Admin from the main menu.
Manage Transactional Tags
Click on General Setting >> Configurations.
Under Master Data>> Manage Transactional Tags.
Create or Edit Transactional Tags
Click Add Tag to create a new transactional tag.
To update an existing tag, select the tag and click Edit.
Configure Tag Details
Enter the required details such as Tag Name, Type, and Applicable Transactions.
Select a color for the tag to help visually identify it across transactions and reports.
Save Changes
Click Save to apply the changes.
The transactional tag will now be available for use on relevant transactions.
