How to Manage Transactional Tags?

Prerequisites

  • Admin access in Procure Desk

Step-by-Step Instructions

Access Admin Settings

  • Log in to Procure Desk.

  • Navigate to Admin from the main menu.

Manage Transactional Tags

  • Click on General Setting >> Configurations.

  • Under Master Data>> Manage Transactional Tags.

Create or Edit Transactional Tags

  • Click Add Tag to create a new transactional tag.

  • To update an existing tag, select the tag and click Edit.


Configure Tag Details

  • Enter the required details such as Tag Name, Type, and Applicable Transactions.

  • Select a color for the tag to help visually identify it across transactions and reports.

Save Changes

  • Click Save to apply the changes.

  • The transactional tag will now be available for use on relevant transactions.
