How to Manage PO Number Ranges

Admin access in Procure Desk
Step-by-Step Instructions
Access Admin Settings
Log in to Procure Desk.
Navigate to Admin from the main menu.
Manage PO Number Ranges
Click on General Settings >> Configurations.
Under Other Settings >>PO Number Ranges.
Create or Edit a PO Number Range
Click Add Range to create a new PO number range.
To update an existing range, select the range and click Edit.
Configure PO Number Range Details
Enter the required details such as Range Name, Prefix, Start Number, and End Number.
Assign the range to the relevant entity, site, or business unit.
Save Changes
Click Save to apply the changes.
The PO number range will now be used when generating new purchase orders.
