How to Manage PO Number Ranges

Prerequisites

  • Admin access in Procure Desk

Step-by-Step Instructions

Access Admin Settings

  • Log in to Procure Desk.

  • Navigate to Admin from the main menu.

Manage PO Number Ranges

  • Click on General Settings >> Configurations.

  • Under Other Settings >>PO Number Ranges.

Create or Edit a PO Number Range

  • Click Add Range to create a new PO number range.

  • To update an existing range, select the range and click Edit.

Configure PO Number Range Details

  • Enter the required details such as Range Name, Prefix, Start Number, and End Number.

  • Assign the range to the relevant entity, site, or business unit.

Save Changes

  • Click Save to apply the changes.

  • The PO number range will now be used when generating new purchase orders.
