How to use the Cashflow page in ProcureDesk

Overview

The Cashflow page gives finance teams a forward-looking view of expected cash outflows by combining unpaid invoices, receipts without invoices, open purchase order commitments, and forecasted non-PO spend into a single page.

Prerequisites

  • Make sure your admin has granted you the Dashboards: Spend View and Expense View privileges. Without these, the Cashflow page won't be available in Standard mode.

  • Your admin can check or update this by navigating to General Settings → Configurations → Manage Privileges.

Steps

Go to Insights → Cashflow from the left navigation menu.

Q: What is the difference between "Invoice payments due" and "Received but not invoiced"?

  • Invoice payments due shows outflows based on invoices already raised and outstanding. Received but not invoiced shows spend where goods or services have been received but no invoice has been raised yet.

  • It shows the remaining value of open purchase orders where goods or services have not yet been received — committed spend that has not yet become a liability.

  • A projection of future spend based on your account's historical non-PO invoice trends. The chart shows both actual historical spend and projected forecast values side by side.

Q: Can I filter the Cashflow page?
