Prerequisites
Ensure you have administrative access to NetSuite.
You have created a ProcureDesk User in NetSuite.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Search for ‘Manage Roles’:
Create a New Role:
Configure Authentication:
Check the ‘Web Services Only Role’ checkbox.
Set ‘Duration of Trusted Device’ to 30 Days.
Assign Permissions:
Under Permissions > Transactions, select the required items and click ‘Add’.
Under Permissions > Reports, select the required items and click ‘Add’.
Under Permissions > Lists, select the required items and click ‘Add’.
Under Permissions > Setup, select the required items and click ‘Add’.
If you have any Dimensions, like Department, Class, etc., please give access to those as well.
For Payment Status Sync, please give access to the following:
> View Payment Events
> View Payment Results Previews
> Pay Bills - Full
Save the Role:
Click on ‘Save’.
Assign the Role:
Search for the ProcureDesk User in your user list.
Assign them the ProcureDesk role you just created.
