Prerequisites

  • Ensure you have administrative access to NetSuite.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Part 1: Enable Required Features

  1. Navigate to the Enable Features Page:

    • Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.

  2. Switch to the SuiteCloud Tab:

    • Click on the SuiteCloud tab.

  3. Enable the Following Features:

    • Rest Web Services: Ensure this feature is enabled.

    • Token Based Authentication: Ensure this feature is enabled.

  4. Save the Settings:

    • Click ‘Save’.

Part 2: Create Access Token

  1. Navigate to Access Tokens:

    • Go to Setup > Setup Manager.

    • Click on User & Roles > Access Tokens.

  2. Create a New Access Token:

    • Click on ‘New Access Token’.

  3. Fill in the Required Details:

    • Application Name: Enter ‘ProcureDesk’.

    • User: Select the user created for ProcureDesk.

    • Role: Select ‘ProcureDesk’.

  4. Save the Access Token:

    • Click ‘Save’.

  5. Record the Token ID and Secret:

    • After saving, you will see the Token ID and Secret.

    • Save these details securely in a notepad or another secure location.
