Token-based integration -
1. Access the Token Settings
Navigate to Settings: In Bill.com, go to Settings -> Apps -> Tokens.
View Active Tokens: You will see a list of any active tokens already in use.
2. Create a New Token
Click on "New": To create a new token, click on the "New" button.
Name the Token: Enter “ProcureDesk” as the name for the new token.

Send Details to ProcureDesk: Email the token name and token password to your ProcureDesk Manager.

This allows you to also share approver details to bill.com in the Notes field in bill.com

Create a new User.
Assign them the Admin role.
Share the credentials of this user with your ProcureDesk Manager.
