To begin using Bill.com with ProcureDesk, you'll need to set up the connection by following these steps:

Prerequisites

  • Access to Bill.com

  • Necessary permissions to create tokens in Bill.com.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access the Token Settings

  • Navigate to Settings: In Bill.com, go to Settings -> Apps -> Tokens.

  • View Active Tokens: You will see a list of any active tokens already in use.

2. Create a New Token

  • Click on "New": To create a new token, click on the "New" button.

  • Name the Token: Enter “ProcureDesk” as the name for the new token.

3. Save the Token

  • Save the Token: After naming the token, click on "Save" to generate it.

4. Copy the Token Password

  • Store the Password: Copy the token password and save it securely in a text file for later use.

5. Share the Token Information

  • Send Details to ProcureDesk: Email the token name and token password to your ProcureDesk Manager.
