Step 1: Log In
Log in to your ProcureDesk account.
Step 2: Switch to Admin Console
Step 3: Access Configurations
Click on "Configurations."
Step 4: Go to Company Settings
Navigate to "Company Settings."
Step 5: Click on Purchase Order
Click on "Purchase Order."
Step 6: Select and Modify the Order Template
Scroll down and locate "Order Template."
Click on it to see a list of available Order Templates.
Change the templates one by one, save the changes, and check which template lists the fields you're looking for.

Switch to the PO landing page tab and click on the PDF option under "Actions" to view the new template.
