Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have the following:
Admin access to ProcureDesk.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the Accounting Section
Ensure you are logged in with admin privileges.
Switch to the "Admin" side of ProcureDesk.
Go to the Accounting section from the main menu.
Step 2: Deactivate Accounts
Find the chart of accounts you want to deactivate.
Toggle off the chart of accounts under the Display column.
Note: You will see a "System Status" column, this shows if the account is active or inactive in your ERP system.
FAQs
What happens to existing transactions that use the deactivated account?
Existing transactions will remain unchanged. The deactivated account will only be unavailable for new transactions.
