Step 1: Access Catalog Management
Go to the Catalog section in ProcureDesk.
Step 2: Deactivate a Catalog
Locate the catalog you want to deactivate.
Uncheck the checkbox under the label Active to make the catalog inactive.

What happens when a catalog is inactive?
When a catalog is inactive, it will not appear while creating requests and orders and users will not be able to browse it.
Why can't I delete a catalog?
Catalogs that have been used in purchase orders cannot be deleted but can be made inactive to prevent further use.
