  1. Draft the Email: Use the following template to request a Punchout Catalog from your supplier. Ensure to copy [email protected].

    Dear {Vendor_Name},

We are implementing a new purchasing tool - “ProcureDesk” to automate our purchase order process.

We want to implement a punchout catalog with the following scope:

    - Browse the online Punchout catalog

    - Send purchase order using cXML

Can you confirm if your company supports punchout catalogs and can accept purchase orders through cXML?

If you are unable to support punchout catalogs, we would like to use the following process:

    a. You provide us with an item catalog for the most frequently purchased items.

    b. We will issue you a purchase order and email the order to you for processing. Please confirm the email address.

I have CC’d the ProcureDesk team ([email protected]) on this email, please work directly with them on setting up the catalogs.

    Best regards,

    [Your Name]

  2. Send the Email:

    • Fill in the template with the vendor's name and your details.

    • Send the email and CC [email protected].

  3. Vendor Response:

    • Once the vendor responds positively, the ProcureDesk team will work with them to set up the Punchout Catalog for your account.
