1. Access the Inventory Section
Log in and navigate to the Inventory module.
2. Select the Item for Release
Identify and select the item from the inventory list for which you want to release stock.
Click on the "Release Item" icon. Note that this icon is only active if the on-hand quantity of the item is greater than 0.
3. Enter Release Details
Enter the necessary details, such as the release dates and any other relevant information required for the transaction.
After entering the details, click on "Submit" to finalize the release of the stock.
4. Update Inventory
Once submitted, the system will automatically adjust the on-hand inventory to reflect the released stock. This ensures your inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
