There might be cases where you need to export the quote response from the vendor.

A vendor response can be exported from a request or from a quote

When a request or quote status changes to "Sent to Requestor", the download quote feature is available.

To download a vendor response from quote

1. Go to the quote section

2. Open the vendor response by clicking on the eye icon

3. Go to the vendor response screen and click on "Download quote" at the bottom of the screen. Please note that you can only export one response at a time.

4. This will open the image preview, click on Download Quote button at the bottom to download the quote in PDF.

To download a vendor response from request

1. Go to the request section

2. Open the vendor response by clicking on the eye icon

3. Follow the steps mentioned above for the quote section.
