Updated this week
  1. Why does the screenshot show over 500 orders but a total order amount of $0.00?

    • The total order amount shown is specific to each user. This means it only reflects the total amount of purchase orders (POs) created by you as an individual user. If you haven't created any POs, the total amount will be $0.00, regardless of the number of orders in the account.

  2. What does the total order amount represent?

    • The total order amount represents the sum of all purchase orders (POs) created by you as a user. It does not include POs created by other users in the account.

  3. Why do I see a total order amount of $0.00 even though there are many orders in the account?

    • If your total order amount is $0.00, it means you haven't created any purchase orders (POs) yourself. The total order count reflects the combined orders from all users, but the amount shown is only for POs you have personally created.

  4. Can I change the view to see the total order amount for the entire account?

    • Typically, the system is designed to show each user their total order amount. If you need a comprehensive total for the entire account, read here.
