Instructions to Add CC Email for Supplier Notifications

Prerequisites:

  • Ensure you have Admin access.​

Steps:

  1. Go to Admin:

    • Log in and navigate to the Admin panel.

  2. Open Configurations:

    • Within Admin, select Configurations > Company Settings from the menu.

  3. Access Email Settings:

    • Go to the Email section under Configurations.

  4. Add CC Email:

    • Locate the field labeled β€œCC email for email to suppliers”

    • Enter the email address you wish to add as a CC for all supplier notifications.

  5. Save Changes:

    • Click Save to apply the CC email settings.

Note: These changes will apply to all future supplier communications.

  1. Will the CC email receive all notifications sent to suppliers?

    • Yes, once added, the CC email will receive a copy of all supplier communications.
