Overview
The Invoices screen lets you filter invoices by status and other criteria, then save and favorite that filter for one-click access going forward. This is useful for tracking specific groups of invoices such as those with matching issues or pending approval without having to reapply filters each time.
Prerequisites
Make sure your admin has granted you the Invoices: View privilege and Viewall.
Your admin can check or update this under Admin mode → General Settings → Configurations → Manage Privileges, in the Invoices section.
How to access
Go to Pay → Invoices from the left navigation menu.
Steps
Step 1: Choose a filtering method
Quick filter: click the "All (X)" dropdown at the top right and check one or more statuses directly.
Full filter: click Filters to open the full panel, where you can combine Status with Supplier, Order contact, Department, Created on, Invoice date, Due date, Invoice #, Supplier invoice #, or Order #.
Step 2: Save the filter
Set your criteria, click Save filters & apply, enter a name, then save.
Step 3: Favorite it for quick access
Reopen the Filters panel — your saved filter appears under "Saved filter."
Click the star icon next to it to move it into Favorites.
Step 4: Access it going forward
The favorited filter now appears as its own tab at the top of the Invoices screen, alongside Invoices, Import invoices, Aging, and Duplicates. Favoriting additional filters adds additional tabs and they all stay visible at once.
FAQ
Q: Can I filter by more than just status?
Yes. The full Filters panel supports combining Status with Supplier, Order contact, Department, and several date/number fields in a single saved filter.
Q: How do I make a saved filter appear as a tab at the top of the screen?
Open the Filters panel and click the star icon next to the saved filter you want to favorite. It will then appear as a clickable tab next to Invoices, Import invoices, Aging, and Duplicates.
Q: Can I have more than one favorited filter at a time?
Yes. Each favorited filter gets its own tab, and they all remain visible together — favoriting a new one doesn't replace an existing one.
