Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access Admin and Configurations
Log into your account and switch to the 'Admin' role.
Go to the 'Configurations' section in the admin interface.
Step 2: Enable Supplier Addition
Within the 'Configurations' section > Company Setting > 'Request & Quote'.
Ensure the option "Allow Add Supplier" is checked. This setting enables users to add new suppliers in the requests.
Step 3: Manage Privileges
Navigate to "Configurations" section > Manage Privileges.
Edit (click on the pen icon) the existing privilege you want to update permissions for creating new suppliers. For example, if the users are creating requests then edit the "Requestor" privilege.
Check the Create privilege under "Suppliers" and update privilege.
