How to track an order's shipping status?

This guide explains how to track the shipping status of your orders using the provided tracking details.

To track the shipping information, you should first update the tracking information by creating an Advanced Shipping Notice a.k.a ASN

Prerequisites

  • The order status must be "ASN Created" in ProcureDesk.

  • Tracking information must be updated in the system.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Ensure ASN Created Status

    • Verify that the order status is "ASN Created." This status indicates that the tracking information has been added.

  2. Access Tracking Information

    • Click on the truck icon associated with the order to open the tracking details.

  3. Open Tracking Details

    • In the following screen, click on the tracking number link to view the detailed shipping information.

  4. View Detailed Tracking

    • Click on the "View" button to see the step-by-step tracking details, including the current location and status of the shipment.
