Activating the Amazon punch-out catalog allows you to streamline your purchasing process directly through Amazon's interface, integrating it with your procurement system. Follow the steps below to set your Amazon punch-out catalog to active.

Prerequisites

  • Ensure you have access to the Amazon Business account with admin privileges.

  • Verify that a punch-out group for Amazon has already been created.

Steps to Follow

  1. Log in to Amazon

    • Log in to your Amazon Business account.

  2. Navigate to Business Settings

    • Go to Business Settings from the main menu.

  3. Access Punch-Out Group Settings

    • Under Members, click on Groups.

    • Select the punch-out group you have created for Amazon.

  4. Activate the Punch-Out Catalog

    • Once on the punch-out group page, click on Purchasing System.

    • Click on Switch to Active to activate the punch-out catalog.
