Open the 'Catalogs'
Navigate to the left-side menu.
Click on 'Catalogs.'
Select 'Punchouts'
Within the Catalogs section, click on 'Punchouts.'
Delete the Punchout
Locate the Punchout you want to delete.
Click on the delete option (trash can) to remove the Punchout.

What happens to the orders associated with a deleted Punchout?
Deleting a Punchout does not affect existing orders. It only removes the Punchout catalog from the available options.
