You can always check latest status of the Customer quote from the landing page

Following are the different status for a customer quote

1. Draft: If you create a quote and didn't submit for approval, it is by default saved as Draft. You can also save the item as a draft by clicking on the "Save as Draft" button.

You can delete a quote that is in the draft stage.

2. Pending Approval: you can optionally send a quote for internal approval before it is sent to the customer for approval. This is optional, as many customers don't use internal approvals.

3. Sent to Customer: Once you submit the quote, the status changed to "Sent to Customer". At this time, the system sends an email to the customer contact requesting review of the quote.

4. Approved: If the customer approves the quote, the status changes to "Approved"

5. Rejected: If the customer rejects the quote, the status changes to "Rejected"

6. Order Created: Once the status changes to Approved, you can create an order from the quote. Once the order is created, status changes to "Order Created"
