Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Supplier Attached to the Document
Locate and open the supplier profile associated with the document.
Step 2: Edit Supplier
Navigate to the "Actions" menu within the supplier profile.
Select the option to change the supplier.
Step 3: Edit the Supplier's Address
Modify the details in the Street 1 or Street 2 fields of the supplier's address, making them shorter.
Click "Save" to apply the updated address details.
Step 4: Go Back to the Document
Return to the document in sync error.
Step 5: Send for Integration
Navigate to the "Actions" menu within the document.
Select the option to send the document for integration.
Step 6: Run the web connector
Run the WebConnector manually or wait for it to run automatically to sync the document.
