Before you begin, ensure you have the Admin privileges on ProcureDesk and QuickBooks Online.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Re-authenticate the Integration

  1. Switch to Admin - Go to Configurations > Connect to QuickBooks Online.

  2. Reintegrate the connection by clicking on Add Company > Connect to QuickBooks.

Step 2: Resend Documents for Integration

  1. Once the re-authentication is complete, return to the documents needing integration.

  2. Click on Actions > Send for Integration, to ensure they sync properly with QuickBooks Online.

Step 3: Verify Synchronization

  • After sending the documents, verify that they synced correctly with QuickBooks Online.
