If you encounter an error message indicating that the integration between ProcureDesk and QuickBooks Online is no longer valid, you will need to re-authenticate the integration.

Step 1: Re-authenticate the Integration

  1. Access the integration settings in ProcureDesk.

  2. Click on this link to re-authenticate with QuickBooks Online. This will require logging in and authorizing the integration again.

Step 2: Resend Documents for Integration

  1. Once the re-authentication is complete, go back to the documents that need integration.

  2. Resend these documents for integration to ensure they sync properly with QuickBooks Online.

Step 3: Verify Synchronization

  • After sending the documents, verify that they are syncing correctly with QuickBooks Online.
