Steps to Resolve the Integration Error
Open the affected document
Log in to ProcureDesk and navigate to the document that is showing the integration error.Go to the Actions menu
Inside the document, locate and click on Actions (usually available at the top or side of the document).Select Send for Integration
From the Actions menu, click Send for Integration.Confirm the sync
The document will be resent to the integration (e.g., QuickBooks), and the integration error should be resolved.

Once the document is successfully sent for integration, the error will be cleared and the sync will complete as expected.
