Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Understand the Error
When you edit/modify a document in QuickBooks Enterprise, it creates a new version of that document called an "Edit Sequence". This must be synced back to the original document in ProcureDesk.
This error occurs when the document in ProcureDesk is also changed before the edit sequence has synced.
Step 2: Wait for the Nightly Sync Job
There is a nightly job that syncs new edit sequences.
Ideally, if you try to send this for integration the next day, the issue should be resolved.
Step 3: Send for Integration
Open the document that encountered the error.
Go to Actions and click on Send for Integration.
