Overview
The Requester Dashboard is an action-focused view of your purchase requests that surfaces what needs your attention without relying on filters. Toggle it on from the requests page to switch between the standard list view and the dashboard view.
Prerequisites
Make sure your admin has granted you Request for purchase: Buyer Dashboard in privileges Without this, the Requestor Dashboard won't be available in Standard mode.
Your admin can check or update this by navigating to General Settings → Configurations → Manage Privileges.
How to access
Go to Purchase → Request and toggle on Switch to dashboard view at the top right of the page. The page title changes to Requester dashboard.
What you will see
Open requests
A table showing your active purchase requests with columns: Request #, Description, Created at, Items, Amount, Supplier, Business unit, Requestor name, Status, and Tag. Includes a search bar and Filters button.
Frequently ordered items
A table showing items you order regularly with columns: Item name, Supplier, Last ordered, Qty, and Status. Includes a search bar and Filters button.
My Tasks
Shows pending tasks and actions assigned to you. Displays "Looks like you're all caught up" when there are no pending tasks.
Favourite vendors
Shows your saved favourite vendors for quick access. Displays "No favourite vendors found" when none are saved.

Q: Where is the Requester Dashboard in ProcureDesk?
