To track the shipping information, you should first update the tracking information by creating an Advanced Shipping Notice a.k.a ASN
Once the tracking information is updated, you can track the order.
Steps:
1. To track an order, the status of the order should be "Asn Created". Click on the truck icon to track.
2. On the next screen, click on the tracking number.
3. Click on the view button
4. The system would display the step-by-step tracking details.
