Step 1: Navigate to Users
Switch to "Admin" and navigate to the Users section.
Step 2: Create a New Group
Navigate to Groups
Create Group:
Click "Create Group"
Enter your Group Name
Select the users to be included in Group Users.
Click "Create Group"
Step 3: Assign GL Codes to the Group
Navigate to "Accounting".
Choose the GL Codes to be assigned to this group (e.g., 11- Petty Cash). You can select multiple GL Codes.
Click "Assign Group".
