If you want to see when a user profile was changed, and by whom, you can see that under the audit trail.

To see the audit trail:

1. Login as Admin.

2. Navigate to the users section.

3. Click on the name of the user for whom you want to view the audit trail.

4. Click on the Audit trail tab to see the details.
