How to manage existing Ship to locations in ProcureDesk?

This article covers how to change the existing ship locations.

1. Log in as Admin or switch to the Admin console.

2. Click on "Locations" from the left menu, there you will be able to see all ship-to locations.

3. You can add a new location by clicking on "Add Location"

4. To edit an existing location, click on the edit icon.

5. This will open a pop-up where you can make these changes.

If you want to delete an existing ship-to location, you can do that under Locations by clicking on the delete icon.

Please note that a location can be deleted only if it is not used in any purchase order.

If the location is already used, uncheck the "Active" checkbox, and that way it will not show up in any transactions.
