How to access ProcureDesk for the first time?

First time on ProcureDesk? Here is your first step to get started.

First things first: Set up a password for your account.

Ideally, you should receive an onboarding email from ProcureDesk. However, if you have not received it (don't worry!), here's how you can set up a password for your ProcureDesk account.

Step 1: Open the ProcureDesk Website or Mobile application on your device.

Step 2: On the login page, find and click on "Forgot password".

Step 3: On the next screen, enter your email address > Click on "Reset password".

Step 4: Check Your Email

  • Look out for an email from ProcureDesk with instructions on how to reset your password.
    Also, please check your Spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.

  • Follow the instructions provided in the email to reset your password.

Once you have set up a password, go back to the ProcureDesk Login page and log in to your account.

For SSO logins:

If your company has configured Single Sign On logins for your account. Then you can skip the step above for setting up a password.

Simply, visit the ProcureDesk login page and click on "Login with SSO" and enter your email ID.
